The Rotary Club of Frodsham and Helsby are running a wine tasting event on the 27th Feb to follow the supermarket collection – 20 wines provided by Majestic, and simple food. Cost £12.50, 120 attendees, and it raised about £1000 when the club ran it in 2009. The Polio DVD will be running on continuous loop during the event.

Warrington Rotary Club has already held our Charity Curry Night which raised over £1300.00 towards an Indian Polio Clinic and Thanks For Life – all this week we have a display in the Community Store in Warrington Town centre Golden Square shopping centre and on Saturday 27th February the Rotary Clubs of Warrington, Runcorn & Newton Jubilee will be involved in the Tesco Extra collection event on Winwick Road, Warrington
